1. Dispatch Times

We run a one (1) business day dispatch time maximum. Business days do not include weekends or major UK bank holidays. If ordered before midday (12noon) Monday-Thursday, items will be dispatched the same day.

Shipping Rates

All deliveries to the United Kingdom is free of charge. Additional costs for shipping outside of this zone. Please reference our products to determine the shipping costs outside of the UK.

3. Shipping Timescales

The majority of our products are sent with ParcelForce 48 hour service. If needed quicker in an emergency, please contact us for an upgrade to a next day delivery, next day before noon or next day before 9am service at an additional cost.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not post to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Lost/Damaged/Incorrect Address
