Shipping policy

1. Dispatch Times

We run a one (1) business day dispatch time maximum. Business days do not include weekends or major UK bank holidays. If ordered before 11:00am (GMT) Monday-Friday, items will be dispatched the same day.

2. Shipping Rates

All deliveries to the United Kingdom is free of charge. Additional costs for shipping outside of this zone. Please reference our products to determine the shipping costs outside of the UK.

3. Shipping Timescales

The majority of our products are sent with Evri Next Day Tracked service for items over the value of £39.99. All items under £39.99 will be sent standard delivery with Evri Tracked.

4. Shipping Restrictions

We do not post to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customers purchasing from outside of the UK are liable for the import tax within their designated country. Please see your local laws regarding importing/purchasing items from the UK.

5. Lost/Damaged/Incorrect Address

Lost or Delayed Packages

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.
  • We are not responsible for shipments delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
