The JQDML heavy-duty linear actuator provides powered linear movement for lifting, pushing, pulling and positioning applications. This version features a 550mm (22 inch) stroke and operates from a 12V DC power supply.

With a maximum push force of 3000N, built-in limit switches and a self-locking design, the actuator is suitable for a wide range of automation projects. Its aluminium alloy construction and IP65-rated enclosure provide protection against dust and water splashes, while the supplied mounting brackets allow secure installation.

Please Note: This listing is for the 550mm (22 inch) stroke version only. A suitable 12V DC power supply and control system are required. Remote control and 12V 5A power adapter are not included.

Important Information

The actuator requires a suitable 12V DC power supply and appropriate switching or control equipment. Maximum current draw is 5A and the recommended operating power is 40–50W. The unit has a 10% duty cycle and is not designed for continuous operation.

The IP65 rating provides protection against dust and water splashes but does not make the actuator suitable for submersion. Additional protection is recommended for prolonged outdoor exposure.
