Vintage Farmhouse and Industrial Styling
The Maxstar wall clock combines a classic circular frame with decorative Arabic numerals and a minimalist open-face construction.
Its black metal finish creates an attractive contrast against lighter walls, while the skeleton-style design allows the background wall colour and texture to remain visible through the clock.
This makes it particularly suitable for interiors featuring natural wood, exposed brick, neutral paintwork, rustic furniture or industrial-inspired decorative accessories.
Quiet Non-Ticking Quartz Movement
The clock features a battery-operated quartz movement designed for quiet operation without the repetitive ticking sound of a traditional clock mechanism.
This makes it a practical choice for rooms where a quieter environment is preferred, including bedrooms, studies, home offices and living areas.
The quartz movement operates automatically once a suitable battery is installed and the time has been set.
Clear Arabic Numeral Display
The decorative clock face features large Arabic numerals positioned around the outer circular frame.
The traditional analogue layout combines hour and minute hands with the numbered dial, providing a familiar way to check the time.
Readability will depend on the chosen clock hands, wall colour, lighting and viewing distance.
Interchangeable Clock Hands
The Maxstar clock includes an additional set of clock hands in a different colour, allowing you to select the appearance that best suits your room.
The contrasting hand options can also help improve visibility against different wall backgrounds.
Handle the clock hands carefully during installation or replacement, as the components are delicate and can bend if excessive pressure is applied.
Battery Operation
The clock operates using one AA carbon battery, allowing it to be installed without electrical wiring or a nearby mains socket.
For the specified quartz mechanism, use a suitable AA carbon battery rather than a high-capacity alkaline or rechargeable battery.
Insert the battery according to the polarity markings and adjust the clock to the correct time using the setting control on the rear mechanism.
Easy Wall Mounting
The clock features a rear hanging slot and is supplied with wall nails to assist with installation.
Choose a suitable wall position with enough clearance for the full 47cm diameter. Ensure the wall fixing is appropriate for the surface and capable of supporting the clock securely.
Once mounted, the open-frame design sits against the wall to create a decorative display without requiring a separate clock housing or surrounding frame.
