Extra-Long Telescopic Aluminium Pole
The LAANPOLE cleaning kit features an aluminium extension pole that adjusts from approximately 1m to 3.6m.
Its telescopic construction allows you to select a suitable length for each task, whether cleaning nearby furniture or reaching elevated ceiling corners.
The pole incorporates locking clips to secure the extended sections, helping maintain the selected working length during normal use.
For shorter cleaning tasks, retract the pole to improve control and manoeuvrability.
Specialised Ceiling Fan Cleaning Attachment
The dedicated ceiling fan duster features a cleaning design intended to fit around compatible fan blades.
Its opposing cleaning surfaces allow dust to be collected from the upper and lower faces of a blade during the same cleaning movement.
This makes it particularly useful for ceiling fans installed above normal arm's reach, where dust can accumulate on the upper surfaces of the blades.
Always ensure the ceiling fan is switched off, isolated from the electrical supply where appropriate and completely stationary before cleaning.
Plush Microfibre Duster
The plush duster attachment features a soft, rounded cleaning surface suitable for removing dust from furniture, shelves and other household surfaces.
Its microfibre material is designed to collect loose dust while allowing gentle cleaning of compatible surfaces.
The attachment can be used with the telescopic pole for elevated areas or at shorter lengths for everyday household cleaning.
Long Microfibre Duster
The elongated duster attachment provides a narrow cleaning profile suitable for reaching into gaps, corners and other restricted spaces.
It is particularly useful for cleaning around tall furniture, behind accessible objects and along elevated edges.
The soft microfibre surface helps collect dust without requiring direct hand contact with the area being cleaned.
Washable and Replaceable Cleaning Cloths
The kit includes two removable cleaning cloths designed for use with the compatible dusting attachments.
These cloths can be removed for cleaning and reused, helping maintain the effectiveness of the dusting equipment.
For routine maintenance, hand wash the removable microfibre covers with water and allow them to air dry thoroughly before refitting.
Avoid using excessive heat or harsh cleaning products that could damage the microfibre material.
Secure Telescopic Locking System
The pole features multiple locking clips that allow the telescopic sections to be adjusted individually.
To change the length, release the appropriate clip, extend the section to the desired position and close the lock securely.
Before cleaning elevated surfaces, check that every extended section is correctly secured and that the selected attachment is firmly connected.
Universal Threaded Attachment Connection
The LAANPOLE extension pole includes a threaded connection designed for the supplied cleaning attachments.
The connection also allows the pole to be used with other suitable accessories featuring a compatible threaded fitting.
Additional accessories must match the pole's connection and be appropriate for its intended use.
Ideal for Multiple Household Cleaning Tasks
-
Ceiling Fans: Remove dust from compatible fan blades using the dedicated cleaning attachment.
-
High Ceilings: Reach ceiling edges and corners where dust and cobwebs can accumulate.
-
Window Blinds: Clean accessible slats and surrounding areas using a suitable soft attachment.
-
Tall Cabinets: Remove dust from the upper surfaces of kitchen cupboards and storage units.
-
Wardrobes: Clean the tops and accessible edges of tall bedroom furniture.
-
Bookshelves: Dust elevated shelving and hard-to-reach corners.
-
Furniture: Use shorter pole settings for sofas, cabinets and other suitable surfaces.
-
Ceiling Corners: Remove cobwebs from room corners and other elevated areas.
-
Large Windows: Dust suitable window frames, blinds and surrounding surfaces.
-
General Home Cleaning: Maintain areas that are difficult to access using conventional handheld dusters.
Convenient Cleaning Without Constant Ladder Use
The extendable pole allows many elevated dusting tasks to be completed from a suitable ground-level position.
This can reduce the need to repeatedly move a step ladder when cleaning ceiling fans, tall cupboards and high corners.
Actual accessibility depends on the room layout, surface height and the user's ability to control the extended pole safely.
How to Use
-
Step 1: Select the cleaning attachment most suitable for the surface.
-
Step 2: Connect the attachment securely to the threaded pole tip.
-
Step 3: Release the telescopic locking clips and extend the pole to the required length.
-
Step 4: Close all locking clips securely before lifting the pole.
-
Step 5: Gently move the duster across the surface to collect loose dust and cobwebs.
-
Step 6: Retract the pole after cleaning and remove the washable covers when necessary.
-
Step 7: Hand wash the removable cleaning cloths and allow them to dry completely before storage.
