This wrist and arm rotation trainer features an easy-to-use adjustable resistance knob, allowing you to set the load anywhere between 8 lbs and 12 lbs. Suitable for beginners, intermediates and advanced users, it provides versatile training options for progressive workouts.
360° Multi-Functional Rotary Burner
The 360-degree rotating handle targets multiple upper-body muscle groups, including the wrist, forearm, upper arm and shoulders.
Designed to replicate the movement of a boxer striking a speed bag, it supports fast, explosive training that enhances both cardio performance and muscle endurance.
How It Works
Users rotate the burner by throwing rapid, controlled punches, mimicking the dynamic motion of speed-bag training. This builds explosive power, improves endurance, and supports a wide range of athletic fitness routines.

Boxing, kickboxing, martial arts
Basketball and badminton
Swimming and general fitness
Also useful for rehabilitation and recovery exercises after upper-body injuries (within safe limits recommended by a professional).
Important Notes
Note 1: The screws are resistance-adjustment knobs, not standard fasteners. Tighten to increase resistance; loosen to decrease it.
Note 2: Adjust resistance gradually based on comfort and workout intensity. Do not overtighten suddenly, as this may create excessive resistance.
Note 3: Designed for regular strength levels. Users with extremely high arm strength may find the resistance insufficient.
